Amid the many rapid changes, hacking, and virus get more and more burdensome in promoting safe internet culture over time.

Almost all systems connected to the super-high-speed Internet network are attacked every few minutes or even every few seconds while users are not acknowledged.

In particular, hacking and virus attacks that their intention is to interrupt the internet service itself are attempted several times.

In other words, hacking and virus attacks are delivered fatal and large in scale.

To cope with this, Korea Internet Security Center has devoted its energy to effective countermeasures to hacking and viruses such as cyber attack countermeasure methodology and technical response to attack tools.

To prevent cyber incidents and mitigate the damage, KrCERT/CC will take the lead in raising technical capability to protect Critical Network Infrastructures and internet communication networks, and reinforce alerts and warning systems of Korea.

In this way, KrCERT/CC will contribute to creation of safe internet culture.
